Worker’s Compensation Investigations
WC investigations include Validity Investigations (Obtain Recorded Statements), Social Media Sweeps, Witness/Claimant Interviews – $125/hr**.
WC Surveillance-
Rates are based on customer needs and there will be no surprises. When we agree on the number of days and hours, that’s the cost. There will be no surprises with miles, tolls, or admin time for report writing. I can do half-day and one-day investigations along the I-5 corridor from Bellingham, WA to Eugene, OR for a set price. Eastern Washington, Southern/Eastern Oregon, and North Idaho will have a slightly higher cost and I require a minimum of two days on those cases.
** Effective 10/1/2025, private investigation services rendered to clients in Washington State are subject to local sales tax at the location where the client is located. The 8% to 10.6% will be reflected on any final invoice.
General Surveillance Requests
Hourly Rate begins at $150/hour plus applicable sales tax. Contact to discuss.
Skip Tracing/Vehicle Locates
Desk-based locates – $80/hour, minimum 1 hour, plus applicable sales tax
Process Service
Process Service rates and areas
Flat rate, no mileage. Within standard and extended service areas. Up to three attempts will be photographed with GPS data and you will receive emailed status updates.
Local Service – within a 35-mile radius of Chehalis, Washington. Along the I-5 corridor from approximately Castle Rock in the south to Lacey in the North, along Highway Twelve from Mossyrock in the east to Pe Ell in the west.
- Standard Seven-day rate. $120
- Expedited Three day rate. $150
Extended Service Area – 36-50 mile radius. This expands out from the local radius to include Montesano, Morton, Kelso/Longview, Raymond/South Bend.
- Standard Seven-day rate. $150
- Expedited Three-day. $180
Beyond the Extended Service area, to include Packwood. Contact for a discussion about your requirements.
Evasive Subjects. If I encounter an evasive subject during regular service, I will reach out to you to discuss options. I am experienced locating people in the wild who would rather not be found.
